You must notify Cyber Cube promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse of your account, compromise of credentials, or any other security issue affecting the Services.

Cyber Cube may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where it reasonably believes that an account has been misused, compromised, used in violation of these Terms, or used in a way that may affect the security, integrity, or availability of the Services.

Cyber Cube will not be responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized access, user misuse, third-party services, client-side security failures, inaccurate submitted information, force majeure events, or circumstances outside Cyber Cube’s reasonable control.

Where a separate written agreement applies, liability limitations in that agreement will govern the specific Services covered by that agreement.

Users may be responsible for harm caused by misuse or violations.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cyber Cube, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorized submission or use of data.
